I first went to see Chris in the autumn of 2006 having battled with Chronic Fatigue for many years. I had consulted many Practitioners; each one of them helped me along the way but none of them able to 'give me back my life' in terms of a workable amount of energy each day.
It is now Autumn 2009 and thanks to Chris and his considerable expertise, I have moved to live in another country (a move forced on me by financial circumstances and made worse by the falling pound). I have survived two very intense years during which I have had to make major house-moves four times as well as having a house renovated and caring (part-time, it has to be said) for my parents. None of this would have been possible without Chris' care and advice and treatment. Not only that, but I find myself in increasing good health for which I am so grateful as new challenges lie before me. I have learnt how to live within my body in a more skilful way, with a greater understanding of how the body functions on a subtle level and am having to take fewer supplements now that my system is stronger. It is, from my experience, a process of recovery on all levels of being. And one which began with Chris believing that I was ill - that it was not 'in my mind'. Anyone who has suffered from a chronic condition will understand me when I say that to have a return of confidence in one's physical body - in one's physical stamina and strength - is to experience the result of a good physician's skill and care, and it is to receive in this way the most profound blessing of being healed. And the physical proof of all this lies in the fact that my body is no longer operating like some Banana Republic! - I am no longer 'a Failed State'. I still get tired, but my recovery time is almost normal and my stamina is at a workable level. I have my life back - thank you Chris. A colleague strongly advised and recommended that I seek an appointment with Chris Mascarenhas. I was most impressed with his completely professional approach and his initial extremely efficient interview, putting me at ease immediately. He went into great detail concerning the causation of my problem, taking a long time to really assess the situation and then carried out a full and very complete test of my entire system.

Dear Chris
It is impossible for me to say how grateful I am for you introducing me to your AV10K. I recall how in a general chat at my garden gate, I told you of the pain I had been suffering in my back and left leg.
An X ray had stated arthritis and wear and tear, not surprising at 85 years of age!! Firstly I was prescribed Co-codamol (terrible side effects, constipation etc.) I’ll never take that drug again!! My doctor then prescribed Diclofenac, which did relieve the pain, but needed repeat prescriptions to cope with the pain. With your kind help and suggestions, I have taken AV10K as prescribed by you.
I am now able to get out of my chair, walk and stand, free of that excruciating pain. I have taken no drug painkillers for two months now. I recommend AV10K to all my friends who comment on my improved mobility.

For many years I have worked as a Laser Therapist and for the last 8 years I have worked alongside Mr. Chris Mascarenhas. I have seen some of the outstanding work carried out on patients who have exhausted the normal medical channels. To see them come through the treatment virtually back to their former selves is absolutely amazing.
Apart from this Mr. Mascarenhas treated my husband in 2006 when he was diagnosed with renal cancer; the prospects looked very grim. He was treated with supplements, nutrition, AV10K and Salvestrols. The results were astonishing even surprising the surgeons. He had his kidney removed but by this time the tumour had shrunk considerably and no further treatment has been necessary. He has now made a full recovery.
As recently as 2008 Mr. Mascarenhas diagnosed me with a type of Pneumonia, which even the hospital had misdiagnosed; the findings were passed on to my G.P. who finally prescribed me the correct medicine coupled with supplements and AV10K. Needless to say I made a very speedy recovery thanks to Mr. Mascarenhas.

I visited Chris for a general MOT as I wanted to maintain good health. I was in my early 70’s and had some joint problems and slipped discs in my neck due to my years of nursing on my own in the community.
Chris gave me a thorough check and recommended a three month regime of supplements followed by a maintenance regime. My frozen shoulder and joint pains responded swiftly to Aloe Vera 10K, and I have felt more energetic and alive than I had for ages.
I have always maintained the principle of looking after oneself when older and am so grateful to Chris for bringing me up to speed again.
